Wholesale — The Lead Range
Nine lines of halal Spanish quail — graded packs, whole birds, butterflied and boneless formats, IQF cuts — the deepest halal quail range on a single order. Every line is halal and a product of Spain, raised on 100% vegetable feed with no hormones or antibiotics, and produced under IFS Food certified standards.
One bird, nine formats — every one of them halal.
Nº I — The Formats
Wholesale quail is bought by format, because the format decides the labor and the plate. These are the formats of the house, exactly as they appear in the full product index.
The retail-ready whole bird — sized up for roasting and grilling programs and specialty cases.
The largest birds in the range — a centerpiece bird for premium cases and celebratory menus.
The working wholesale format: whole birds in a sealed tray, ready for distribution, foodservice, and display.
Torso bones out, bird opened flat — even cooking, clean plating, and a natural pocket for stuffing.
Fully boneless birds for stuffing, rolling, and portioning in production kitchens.
Individually quick frozen, so a service takes out only what it needs — portion control without waste.
Frenched, hand-held cuts made for banquets, receptions, and appetizer programs.
The range's companion game bird, traded by the box for seasonal features and specialty programs.
Nº II
Who Buys What
Specialty retail leads with the graded packs. A 660 g jumbo six-pack and a 1,140 g Royal-selection six-pack sit at two different price points in the same case, and both are recognizably premium next to commodity poultry.
Restaurants and hotels buy the labor out of the bird. Semi-boneless and boneless quail go from pack to pan with almost no prep, and IQF breasts and legs let a kitchen portion by the service instead of thawing a block.
Banquets and events run on the lollipop — a frenched, hand-held cut that eats like a passed appetizer and plates like a course.
Distributors take the depth itself: one halal quail supplier conversation that covers retail packs, whole birds, and kitchen cuts, instead of three separate ones. Our halal meat distributor page describes how that program works.
Nº III — Ordering
One address covers the whole house: sales@halalmeatsgroup.com. Write with your business type, the formats you are considering, and how you will sell or serve them, and the team will respond with the product information for your program. Samples are available for qualified buyers.
Questions
Every format in the range is halal — whole birds, semi-boneless, boneless, and the IQF breasts, legs, and lollipops alike. The halal status is stated product by product in the index, and it does not change with the cut.
Bird size. The Jumbo six-pack totals 660 g; the Super Magnum six-pack totals 1,140 g and is the Royal selection grade. Compare grams per bird, not just birds per pack, when you price a case.
