The Halal Provisions Maison — Wholesale
Halal quail leads the house — jumbo and super magnum retail packs, whole birds in flowpack trays, semi-boneless and boneless birds, IQF breasts, legs, and lollipops, partridge by the box. Behind it, the full storefront: halal pigeon, halal rabbit, and the Middle-Eastern grocery staples your customers buy alongside. One index, one standard.
One house, one standard — every meat and poultry line we carry is halal, stated plainly, product by product.
Nº I
The Standard
Halal — “permissible” — is the standard our buyers' customers live by, and the standard this house is built on. Every meat and poultry line in the index is halal: the quail range, the game birds, the rabbit, the poultry, and the cured and canned meats in the grocery set. Around the meat, the Middle-Eastern grocery range — ghee, cheeses, tahini, beans, olives, molokhia — is selected to complete a halal program, not to pad a catalog.
The sourcing standard is simple to say and strict to keep: a product joins this index as halal only when its halal status is stated at its source, in its production and labeling — and we present that status exactly as stated, alongside origin and production facts. No range-wide hand-waving. No halal claim on this site that a product itself does not carry.
Nine quail and partridge lines, halal and a product of Spain: graded retail packs, whole birds, butterflied and boneless formats, IQF cuts. Raised on 100% vegetable feed, no hormones or antibiotics, under IFS Food certified standards.
Halal pigeon (squab) and whole rabbit from France, halal chicken as a standing category — and Al Maraai halal squab, carried as a featured line. A complete halal protein offer, in one place.
Pure butter ghee in 800 g and 1.6 kg sizes, fava beans, tahini and sesame, basterma, halloumi, romi, mish, oils, olives, molokhia — the set that turns a halal meat order into a halal program.
Nº II
From the Index — The Quail
The range is halal, a product of Spain, raised on 100% vegetable feed with no hormones or antibiotics, produced under IFS Food certified standards. Two graded retail packs lead it.
Six whole jumbo quail per pack, 660 g. Halal, product of Spain. The classic roast-and-grill bird, sized up.
Six of the largest birds in the range, Royal selection, 1,140 g per pack. Halal, product of Spain — a centerpiece bird for premium cases and menus.
Whole quail in a sealed flowpack tray — the straightforward wholesale format for roasting, grilling, and retail display.
Torso bones removed and butterflied flat. Cooks evenly, plates cleanly, takes stuffing and marinades well.
Frenched, hand-held quail cuts, individually quick frozen — built for banquets, events, and appetizer programs.
Whole partridge, twelve per box — a traditional game bird for seasonal features and specialty game programs.
Also in the index: boneless quail, IQF quail breasts, IQF quail legs. The full index is on the Products page.
The banquet bird, carried as a featured line of the house.
Squab — young pigeon — is the premium bird of tasting menus and celebrations: tender, rich, served whole. Al Maraai halal squab is halal, like every meat line in this index, and it is the squab we put our name behind for banquet and fine-dining programs.
